Reflex the phone created by researchers from Queen’s university of Canada has a fully functional flexible screen. Reflex allows users to flick through the content by bending the flexible screen.
Relfex is an Android powered smartphone that uses 720p flexible display panel made by LG. The phone has sensors on the rear of the device that creates so called eye free navigation, you feel like you are actually flicking the documents.
You can flick through pages of comic books or play games like angry birds by bending the device from right or left side. The idea of flexible smartphone is sound more gimmick than useful. You can protect your phone’s display from breaking and do the cool tricks like playing games and flicking the pages of comic book, but there is no other practical use of this feature yet (jk I want one ).
