Last month Apple launched their support app in the Netherlands. The app mimics Apple’s support website providing the iPhone or iPad users access the support tools directly through the app. Apple finally launched the Apple Support for the US consumers. The process is very simple, if you are facing any problem with your device all you have to do is download the app and run the troubleshoot.
You can either search the solution in the database that covers solution for some common problems or use the call/chat/ E-mail option to directly get in touch with the experts. The app also provides an option to schedule a callback. If none of the above options solved your problem then you can always use the App’s store/authorized service center locator feature to find the nearby Apple Store or service centers.
Apple Store is available free for the iPhones, iPads and iPods running iOS 9.0 or later. Although The app was in the rumors since 2015, Google was the first one to bring the inbuilt support functionality in the US with their Pixel smartphones. Better late than never, it is good to see Apple finally releasing the App in the US.
