MAKEITSUPERHOT competition offers $50,000 publishing contract with IMGN.PRO

Superhot creators have partnered with ModDB to launch the #MAKEITSUPERHOT competition. The rules are very simple, you have to be creative and your creation should be inspired by the Superhot game. The description on their official website reads,  “Whether you’re a programmer or level designer, an illustrator or filmmaker, or maybe you can knit a seriously rad scarf, the #MAKEITSUPERHOT competition is open to everyone.”

The prices range from cash, PC accessories, game systems and other goodies. One Special winner will get the $50,000 publishing contract with IMGN.PRO. The winners will be chosen by the developer community based on how much their creation is inspired by the Superhot. The two major categories include GAMES & MODS and ARTS & CRAFTS. Following is the prize breakdown according to each category,

GAMES & MODS

First: GTX 1080, i7 CPU, Oculus, $5,000 cash, Trophy, MSI Keyboard, mouse, swag, GOG swag & discounts

Second: $2,000 cash,  i7 Processor, Oculus Rift, MSI Keyboard, mouse, swag, GOG swag & discounts

Third: $1,000 cash, MSI Keyboard & mouse, GOG swag & discounts

ARTS & CRAFTS

First: XBOX One, $550 cash, Trophy, MSI Keyboard, mouse, swag, GOG swag & discounts

Second: Gear VR, $350 cash, MSI Keyboard, mouse, swag, GOG swag & discounts

Third: $1,000 cash, MSI Keyboard & mouse, GOG swag & discounts

One special Games and Mods category winner will be awarded a  $50,000 publishing contract with IMGN.PRO. Whose lineup includes titles like Expeditions: Vikings, Seven: The Days Long Gone, and SUPERHOT. The competition is now live and it will run through to February 26, 2017.
