ZTE’s first ever android wear smartwatch has been leaked in images. According to the venturebeat, the new smartwatch will be named as ZTE Quartz. Last year at MWC 2016, the company revealed two smartwatches dedicated to fitness tracking but none of those has the core smartwatch features.
The ZTE Quartz will presumably come with inbuilt cellular and GPS connectivity. It will run on Android Wear 2.0 which is launching next week. There are no other details available right now.
Judging from the leaked images, the Quartz looks like a standard mid-range smartwatch. ZTE is expected to announce their new smartwatch at MWC 2017.
Stay tuned for the updates.
