Microsoft’s upcoming gaming console the ‘Project Scorpio’ is launching later this year. It is a big year for Microsoft as the company has a lot of expectations with their next console. Microsoft has already confirmed that all Xbox One titles will run on the Project Scorpio. The question is how many launch titles it will come up with?
Someone on the twitter asked this same question to which Spencer replied, “Having our 1P (First Party) games ready for Scorpio is critical.” This statement indicates that Microsoft is probably looking for remastering their first-party games to perform well on the Scorpio.
@LosDreamss Having our 1P games ready for Scorpio is critical.

In the other tweet, Phil Spencer said that he is very focused on 1P games. “I’ll be careful about when we announce things but I know strong 1P is critical.” We don’t know the exact reason yet, but if the Xbox One titles need to be updated to work on the Project Scorpio then the third party game launches will also take some time to come out.
Stay tuned for the updates.
