If you are also waiting to get your hands on the Nintendo’s latest hybrid console then here is your chance. Retailer GameStop has announced that new Nintendo Switch stock will be back as early as Wednesday, March 22.
“We are meeting this demand by securing additional systems as fast as we can to ensure customers are able to purchase this innovative gaming technology,” said the senior director of merchandising. He later added “The customer enthusiasm and response we have seen so far has been incredible as we continue to sell through our supply of systems. We strongly suggest any customer who is still looking to purchase a Nintendo Switch, visit one of our stores as soon as they can. This new allotment will go fast.”
At the beginning of this month, the Nintendo Switch hit the online and retail stores. As expected, it was sold out instantly. GameStop said “check your retail stores for availability” and also confirmed the Switch will be available as an only independent variant. So don’t expect any bundled deals.
The Nintendo Switch with the Joy-Controllers is priced at $299.99. It won’t come with any bundled games. Launch titles like the new Legend of Zelda will cost you around $60. Full pricing details are available here.
The Switch features an HD multi-touch display, 32GB of internal memory and Non-removable 4310mAh battery. It is powered by a custom-made NVIDIA Tegra processor which is capable of delivering some games at 1920×1080, 60 fps. Check out the complete hardware and Software overview here.
