Motorola’s mid-budget smartphone range, the Moto X series has given us some great devices. Recent Moto X leaks reveal the new dual-camera setup and alleged hardware specifications, presumably, the device will be called as the Moto X4. Motorola will reportedly launch this device at the end of 2017. It will be priced closely to the other mid-range budget smartphones.
According to the reports, the Moto X4 will feature 2.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor, 4GB of RAM, curved Full HD display panel, 64 GB of internal memory which can expandable via a provided microSD card slot. It will come with the new dual-camera setup one of which is 12MP and the other is 8MP. We don’t have any details regarding what purpose these new rear cameras serve. The front camera, on the other hand, features a much larger 16MP sensor. All this hardware is powered by a 3000mAh non-removable battery.
Considering its predecessor, the Moto X4 will also feature an aluminum frame design. But this time the body is IP68 certified, which means it can survive up to 30 minutes under 1.5 meters of water. More details will be revealed once Motorola officially announces the device.
Stay tuned for the updates.
