Gionee launched a flip phone with dual HD display and 4GB RAM

Gionee just launched a new kind of Special Edition phone, the W909 flip phone with 4GB of RAM and 720p HD dual display. While it is surprising for lot's of Western countries to see smartphone manufacturers still coming up with the flip phones, it is pretty common in Asian markets where flip phones are still in demand. 

Gionee W909 comes up with MediaTek Helio P10 Soc octa core processor, 4GB of RAM, 16MP Primary camera, 64GB of internal memory, a fingerprint scanner and USB Type-C port. So even though it is just a small old school flip phone, the specifications look promising.  

The Gionee W909 is launched in China and is available at $616.
