The new iPhone SE is priced at 39000! in India

On this Monday Apple announced the new 4 inch iPhone. The iPhone SE is supposed to be the compact and affordable iPhone in its iPhone lineup and it starts at $399 which translates to almost 26,700 Indian rupees.
But apparently the so called cheaper iPhone is not cheap at all in India. According to recent report iPhone SE is priced at whooping 39000 ($584) Indian rupees which is crazy I mean...
iPhone SE looks fairly similar to iPhone 5S. The iPhone SE comes up with a 4 inch retina display, A9 chip, 12MP primary iSight camera with dual tone flash which is capable of 4K video recording, live photos, improved battery, NFC for Apple Pay, and Touch ID .
