Game Consoles will soon support cross Platform play

11:18

Microsoft just announced that they are planning to bring the cross network play support to XBOX. Which means the Xbox gamers can now play online games against PC or other Console ( PlayStation) gamers.

Microsoft indirectly invited Sony to support the same feature in their console, to which Sony responded " PlayStation has been supporting cross-platform play between PC on several software titles starting with Final Fantasy 11 on PS2 and PC back in 2002, We would be happy to have the conversation with any publishers or developers who are interested in cross platform play."

Sony didn't directly responded to Microsoft but the both console giants agreeing to support the cross network gaming is a big news for all the gamers out there. The gamers around the world are rejoicing after hearing this news.

No official news is out yet about Sony and Microsoft planning to work together to bring this feature to life, but it is most likely to happen and it is happening real soon.

Stay tuned for updates.

I think won't do it. Just think how much thy lose an money if you have to buy the game just once. I have friends how play only pc and only PS4 ich have to buy some games a second time and i think im not alone.
I hope they do that so ich can play with them all at same time.

Cross network Play means now Xbox console gamer can play against PC gamer online. It doesn't mean the same game will run over multiple platforms.
